For your assurance, we do not use processed and pre-packaged ground meat that’s been sitting on market shelves for ‘you never know’ how many days. We’ve got our own industrial grade meat grinder in our kitchen. Unlike most eat-outs in new Orleans, we don’t either use food processors to grind tough meat, for obvious reasons. And, here’s a bunch of reasons as to why a meat grinder is better than a food processor for grinding meat.
