Directions:
Soak the sun-dried tomatoes until soft, about 1 hour.
Grind the flax seed into flour.

1 fennel
2 tbsp flax seed; ground
1 tbsp tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp paprika

Dehydrate for 1 hour at 165 degrees then about 3 hours at 115 degrees, or up until the hamburgers are firm.
