Put chicken mince in a big bowl.
Add mustard paste, onion, garlic paste, chinese salt, soy sauce, black pepper, salt and chilli flakes.
Mix up until well combined.
Shape mix into 6 flat patties.
Dip patties into egg then coat with corn flakes.
Shallow fry until crispy and golden brown.
Toast buns on a hot pan.
Spread mayo on burger buns.
Layer cucumber, tomato pieces and salad leaves on each burger bun.
Top with chicken patties.
Drizzle with tomato catsup.
Zinger burger is ready to serve.
